Welcome to Rotorpoint Sim. By reserving a simulator session, purchasing a gift voucher, or visiting our center, you agree to these conditions. Our services strictly involve simulated helicopter flight experiences.

All flight experiences must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your requested time slot.

• We accept standard major credit cards and designated secure online payment methods.
• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
• Prices are listed dynamically and are subject to change, though existing confirmed bookings will not incur additional fees.

We understand that plans can change. To be fair to all our pilots and instructors, we observe a strict cancellation policy:

• 48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your session free of charge up to 48 hours before your flight.
• Late Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
• No Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your booking and payment.

Gift vouchers are a popular way to share the thrill of helicopter flight. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. If a voucher expires, it can no longer be redeemed.

Safety and a respectful environment are our top priorities for everyone visiting our simulator center.

• Participants must be reasonably fit and able to comfortably sit in the enclosed simulator cockpit.
• Anyone arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry, and no refund will be issued.
• All participants must follow the instructions of the flight instructor at all times. Willful damage to the simulator equipment will result in immediate termination of the session and potential liability for repair costs.

Rotorpoint Sim takes all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and professional environment. However, we are not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises. As this is a ground-based simulator, there are no real-world flight risks; however, motion sickness may occur in rare instances. By participating, you acknowledge this possibility.

These terms are governed by the applicable local laws of Bern. Any disputes arising from these conditions or your flight experience will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bern.
